Mason Jar Picture Frames

If you're anything like me, you've fallen victim for this craze for anything to do with DIY and mason jars. I mean it's almost like they are giving mason jars away, you can find them almost anywhere. That in mind, I came across a 12 pack of mason jars for $8 at my local Wegmans. I mean really, you think I wouldn't buy that? It was an empty canvas practically selling itself. 

So I had 12 empty jars and a million things to fill them with. I dwindled my ideas of what to do with my jars down with a quick search on Pinterest. Being a freelance photographer, I thought how cute (and cough, cough inexpensive) it would be to give these jars to one of my clients that was filled with their favorite photograph. 

I'd write a step by step tutorial of what you need to do but I think everyone's got it... there's really only one way to fill a jar. I would use a 4x6 photograph and maybe some accent sand, rocks, etc. to create a textural element.
